What is your inspection experience?

Michael Hammel has over 12 years of inspection experience and has completed over 5,000 home and 2,000 commercial inspections. Prior to getting his Texas Home Inspector's license he was a licensed electrician and general contractor.

Do you inspect new constructions?

Yes, we perform phase inspections to ensure compliance with current building codes during new construction.

Comprehensive home inspection services for your peace of mind

Level I

Up to 2,000 sq. ft. Basic home inspection and reporting to help you understand the condition of your home.

Level II

Up to 2,000 sq. ft. This inspection includes everything in a Level I inspection PLUS thermal imaging, sprinkler system and termite inspection (required for all VA loans).
